Born out of a genuine desire to offer quality care at home, Genuine Care was set up to cater for private, NHS and Social Services funded clients. Genuine Care offers training to all its carers, ensuring that each carer is trained to the same, professional standard.

Assessments
As part of our tailored service our senior carers carry out individual assessments. We visit you in your home and discuss your needs with yourself and other caregivers. Following our visit we create a plan that details the services we will provide and the times our carers will visit.
