Genuine Care is a family run business which looks after all our employees as individuals.

With an in-house training facility we train all our carers, put them on shadow shifts and mentor each and every one. This allows us to support people coming into the field, opening up an entirely new career in caring.

Training

We train all our employees using our in-house training facility. Our three day training programme is an intensive training course in domiciliary care which provides a certified induction to domiciliary care and includes practical modules and theory based learning.
