 These basic ideas guide all of our relationships – with those we serve and work with.

ە          We will respect the dignity and individuality of all customers, members of staff and value their knowledge,
 skills and experience.

 ە          We will provide and promote equality in employment, housing, care and development. Diversity will be
 respected and welcomed; discrimination based on prejudice will not be tolerated.
