GenuineConnect is an app which allows our care team to view and manage your loved one’s care plan. It replaces old paper care records and with GenuineConnect, our carers can:

- See care notes left by previous carers
- Check off tasks that need to be completed and leave notes
- See timings of care visits (for visiting care)
- View emergency contact information, important documents, medication records and medical information
Next of kin are also able to see how care is progressing in real time via their smartphone or tablet for peace-of-mind.
