In our latest Care Quality Commission inspection, we received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in the ‘Well-led’ section. The CQC inspector said:

Care and Compliance Administrator
Having joined Genuine in 2013, Alina works as our live-in care supervisor. During her time with the company, Alina has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and has been apart of the team to have consistently delivered an ‘Outstanding’ CCQ rating.
Ellie Black
Registered Manager
Having spent 10 years as an NHS associate practitioner, Ellie brings a wealth of care experience to the Genuine team and serving as the Registered Manager for the business.
